Tammy Schmirler joined Effective Communications in 1993. She took on the role of company president / owner in 2005. Tammy provides strong marketing and communications skills that include: research, writing, design / layout, print production, media relations and event planning.

Tammy has developed creative solutions for clients that include: direct-mail campaigns, annual reports, brochures, newsletters, web sites, logo / stationery packages, advertisements and a variety of other business publications. She has also produced award-winning regional and statewide economic development marketing materials. Tammy has experience in employee, customer and community relations.

Tammy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Journalism.
