publications. Prepared design / layout and wrote copy that
encouraged people to attend the event.
Publicity
Wrote news releases promoting the event and distributed them to
associations, trade publications, news media, etc. Assisted
media representatives at the conference.
 Effective Communications earned an "Award of
Distinction" from The Communicator Awards for its 2001 Governor's Conference on Economic Development logo.
